The Immortal Crypt!

We have the awesome mesh crypt, perfect for any RP scene, sim or even just get for Halloween to decorate your space. The Tombstone inside the Crypt has 8 mourning animations and can be used by up to 8 avatars with The nPose system so you can switch between poses, positions and allows you to adjust them.  The crow on the tree has sound effect on touch, the gate are open close on touch or collision and the black marble gate torches have time activated flames.  Go get one!

Mieville's Tolkien Festival

You are invited to the first-ever TOLKIEN FESTIVAL, set in a Hobbiton/Rivendell build of epic proportions in the skies over Mieville. It takes place now until May 11th, so don't miss it!

There will be a Mini Hunt, entertainment, dances, food, drink and general good times, Hobbit style!

There are dozens of booths, wagons and an open-air market for you to wander through, perusing the wares of many merchants.

 RVi Design has two shops at this fabulous festival. We had to have them separately because of the different themes of the items we have at the fair. RVi Design: Medieval Living

If you haven't figured out, Cedric and I like to role play. He has more characters then I do, but we tend to stick to the medieval roots of roleplaying. When I saw that RVi Design had created these medieval houses I had to snag them up. I love to create scenarios with what I buy, and what I blog. There are times that Cedric or I will see something and we'll build elaborate scenes all the way around an item for any one of our given role plays. This is the Spring Garden set by RVi Design, it comes in two pieces but for this I pushed them together a little bit so it looks like one cohesive piece. I was very thankful to two of my friends who joined me in posing for these pictures. There are multiple sits and poses throughout both the bench set and the garden well. If you touch the basket you'll get hand tools, planting seeds. For anyone who loves to role-play this is a wonderful addition to your medieval role-play sims. We had a blast.

Wait, where did you get that? - #86

OMG this outfit is too cute. Both Jean shorts and top are from K-Pie Designs called Plans. It is all mesh and comes in 5 sizes each. Shoes from Suicide Gurls match it perfectly. I mismatched this pair with one red and one blue, I couldn't resist lol Nail hud is from Shock, available at 100 Block until April 30th! Dead End

I am thrilled beyond belief... I have been waiting for this release for a long time and I am so excited to be able to share this with you. RVi Design has released the new Dead End Sanctuary which is a mesh release. I am enchanted by all things spooky and really... This makes me feel like I am back at Halloween. This will definitely be part of my design this year but before that, I at least wanted to introduce you to this amazing creation. Roshy really outdid herself. This product is copy and modify so you can change just about everything about it. It comes with a coffin that opens and closes when you touch it, a pose within the coffin itself, sound effects with the crow on the tree when it is touched, gates that open and close to the touch or when you run into it (my preference), and a black marble gate with torches that are time activated with flames. The scripts are no modifiable but if you want you can replace them with your own, add more animations and customize the design. I also took this opportunity to show you something else which I have recently obtained and am addicted to now... My shoes are the new release from *Reign called Monarch Heels. I purchased them in black but there are all kinds of colors and are an add on for the slink high feet. You can find these at The Big Show if you would like to grab a pair for yourself. Again, if you have any questions please feel free to ask in world! And remember that the Dead End Sanctuary is also 50% off for group members of RVi Design while it is still a new release so DONT WAIT!!!!

Getting Gothic at RVi Design

The great Dragon Statue Torch is a new mesh offering from RVi Design, the torch automatically comes on when SL night comes round or you can click to activate, mod and copy.

The Cemetery Gates are another mesh offering from RVi Design, with the flame torches and swing action gates. The torch has on touch ON/OFF flame control and activates itself when SL sun goes down, perfect for a Gothic inspired setting or as a prop.  The Two-headed Dragon Statue is also an RVi Design item and works great with the gates in my opinion.

Getting into the spring mood!

I have spent the last few days getting my home ready for spring. One of my favorite things is the colorful gardens throughout SL and making my home look that way is a major goal for me. I am not amazing at it, but I have fun doing it.  Easter is fast approaching and there are so many amazing items up for grabs. Instead of hunting for Easter eggs, hunt for items you can use to decorate your place. Welcome spring with open arms and let it fill up your SL. Your RL may not be all sunshine… heck its still freezing where I live… but I always feel warmer when I have a nice place to relax in SL.

 To complete my look at my home… I think every lovely garden and home should have some sort of entrance. I just had to show off my new gate, fence, and planter from RVi Design. This stunning set is mesh and really sets off any home with a little extra flair. I wanted to give you a few details… You can purchase the gate and planters separate BUT you can also purchase this as a full set together. I was talking to Roshy and of course she was giving me fabulous ideas with what to do with it all. You can even make a secret garden feel by just putting the gate with a shrubbery wall which brings me back to the movie Secret Garden, but that is for another day! The planters I love because I have set them up around my home, not just on the fence! Currently these are a brand new release at her store and if you are a group member, you get 50% off!!!! RVi Design "Lets have a drink! It's on me"

One of the greatest adventures I've been on in my life was a trip to Ireland. I remember the first time I sat in a pub and ordered a Guinness I thought "Oh yummy" it tasted just like it does in the states! But it was yummy. And the bartender was very amusing. I sipped my bear and then when I finished I joked that I wanted to steal the mug because it had an Irish beer in it. He of course laughed at me, leaned across the bar and said "Lass, Lass Lass... ye do not need to steal it!" Then proceeded to hand me 2 clean mugs with a smile and said 'Take these, these be clean!" I giggled and smiled and tucked them away. My friend who was with me just laughed with me. The bartender was like 'You american's" I hope it was a kind thought *giggles*.. but anyways... I loved the beer taps that Roshy made so I happily asked for one and it gives beer! And you hold it.. So have a Guinness on me!

RVi Designs New Release ~The Gates~

I was so excited to see these when Roshy was on our sim taking pictures. So of course when she asked me what I wanted to blog I jumped at the chance and picked these three. Then I was like "oh! where in the heck am I going to take pictures" because she kind of used the spot I probably would have chosen.. lol! So I pulled them out of my inventory and sat them right in the center of our sim while I debated different spots. Nothing came to me. Then last night I was tooling around the sim looking because I knew I really needed to get these new releases out to the readers and so Roshy wouldn't hunt me down and put me in her new tomb! So I hope you like what I finally came up with. I could build a whole area around these wonderful MESH! Gates.

Some new exciting things that Roshy is doing is that she's making some of her best sellers into MESH products. And they're modifiable too. On the gates with the Dragon torches, my husband darkened them abit because he just likes darker stone. I made him leave the others alone. ALSO something that's exciting is for a limited time if you're a member of the group you get 50% off all these wonderful items. The gift joiner is on the 2nd floor I believe unless Roshy has moved it. ~chuckles~ It does happen!!!
