Medieval Fantasy Fair 3

I know, I am really late on letting everyone know about this fair… I am not sure if you have heard but the Medieval Fantasy Fair 3 has been going on since March 22nd and you have until the 30th of March to get in and grab your goodies. The theme this year is Dark Bloody Tales and you can tell by the decor. It is a very dark and interesting place. If you don’t go to purchase, at least go to see the designs around the sim. I was blown away.

 RVi Design is taking part in this blood thirsty fair and everything is for sale. Roshy has released a ton of new items here which you do not need to miss. Everything in the store is for sale… including the curtains and the coffin in the center if you were thinking of an alternative to your bed.

One of these items is the new Immortal Crypt. I have been “dying” (pun so intended) for this release and have been watching her build this for a while now. She will tell you I am first in line for this item!!!! It is a mesh build, so if you are looking for something to add to your sim or home then this is the item. For me personally, I want to use this as a prop. I like to do darker photos sometimes and I look forward to using this in blogs to come. Did I mention detail? You have to see it to believe it! You can purchase the crypt on the opposite side of the sim where she has it set up so you can actually walk around it. Hope you make it in time to get all the goodies and sight see :) TOOTLES

Sale Sale Sale

I know with everything going on right now in SL, it is very hard to keep track of all the sales and events. Want to inform you about another to add to your list of musts. I do love my lists! It really is the only way to keep track of everything. One day I will have to post a blog about my many lists and you will see just how far my rabbit hole goes but, for now, lets stick with more from RVi Design.

When you first tp into RVi Design you may be a tad overwhelmed. Who wouldn't be with all of the scenery plus the sales left and right wherever you look. Currently there is some spring cleaning going on. We all do this but usually its our homes... well stores have them as well its just usually called a sale :) This pile of crates you see above is marked at 50% off and will be retired from stock by the end of the month. I was informed that all of these items are no longer available on the marketplace so you must come to the store in world to get them. Don't worry though... some great mesh items are starting to replace these and you can keep walking around the sim to see those... speaking of taking a walk...

 You really should come and take a walk around the Sim. It may not look grand from my photos but they really do not do the place justice. A lot of hard work and love was put into making this place beautiful for you to take photos and to shop in a relaxing place.

 You may be thinking to yourself that this place looks very medieval but really... there is something for everyone. I had a lovely time and really I still didn't see everything there was to offer.

Before you leave... grab a LM to the Cart Sale at The Wash, going on now till March 25th. Again, more amazing goodies up for grabs from RVi Design and while your there you can take a look around at all the carts plus the fab free room :) If I remember correctly, I think it was 10L and under for every item but don't quote me on that one. Worth checking it out to see though :)

Well those are two nice sales to add to your list and two that I was able to check off mine... Now that I am broke, I will probably just go explore the RVi Design sim a little more. TOOTLES!

Plunder, Pillage and sail the High Seas

We have (takes a deep breath) the Pirate Hat, Hook, Dagger (which can be worn in the mouth or in the hand for RP), Eyepatch (Left and right options), Peg Legs (Either wear both or one with a boot on the other leg as due to SL avatar restraints you can not just alpha out one leg) and Scimitar from RVi.  They are all mesh and all copy/mod so you can move em, stretch em, colour em..whatever you like (There is also a gun which I shall feature in a separate post)

Dragon Statues from RVi Design

I absolutely love the new statues from RVi Design! We recently made a sitting area up high on our sim, and when Roshy showed me the new dragons, I wanted all of them. I have them sitting up on some rock posts that my husband placed out. They look amazing. I call them my Guardians, they look so regal standing, so proud, so tall looking over the entire sim and our little garden area. The set I am displaying is the full pack. There are an amazing item to have, and low land impact (3) because they're mesh!

There is one 2 headed dragon, one 3 headed Dragon, 3-One headed Dragons and ONE of those BREATHES FIRE!

It has finally started! Luck of the Irish Gacha Fair. From now until March 31st you can play tons of gacha machines from some of your favorite designers, and maybe find some new ones! Also Candy Factory is going on. For the month of March its all St Patrick's Day themed stuff! Also Guinness Beer Dispenser and Irish Harp Tip Jar by RVi Design are pictured here. SLFH Random Bloggables

Periodically,  designers send us blogger packs of new releases or will drop a note asking if we are interested in blogging some of their stuff.  In the past, we have always declined, but its a bold new day, so consider this an experiment - we're going to be adding the occasional "Random Bloggables" post amid the SL events and hunts posts we normally do.  Stuff that caught our eye.  Stuff that we thought was good enough to share.  Stuff that is a real quality for a decent price.

We've got a bunch of neat stuff from RVi Design.  The guitarcase tip jar caught our eye first - this is perfect for anyone who performs in SL.  The lucky leprechaun tip jar is just in time for St. Patrick's Day.  Following the Irish theme, there are two styles of all mesh pub signs.  The squared sign comes with 13 different design options and the arched sign comes with 3 design options.  Finally, there is the mounted dragon head sconce, with working candlelight.  This would be a perfect finishing touch for any castle or fantasy dwelling.

My Irish Roots

It comes that time of year again where we go to a bar and drink green beer and party... just for the sake of partying! St. Patties Day is one of my favorites times of the year and no not just because I am Irish, BUT because it's just a casual feel good day to me and I get to pinch people if they aren't wearing green :)

 RVi Design has a few new releases that make this holiday a winner for me and really will make any bar a party. First let us start with the beer... This is the Guinness Beer Dispenser Tray and yes it is mesh. Will give out a beer when clicked so everyone gets to party at your bar and you don't spend your time trying to locate a drink in your inventory to hand out to everyone. Also, these awesome pub signs hanging up behind me in the photo are the mesh All Irish pub signs savings pack. If you have been to a bar... you always see things on the walls to draw your attention causing you to drink a tad bit more than you probably would if you weren't distracted. These signs are an amazing touch and have some fun sayings on them. A quick reminder for these items though... they are modifiable and because they are mesh they are extremely low on land impact. You can run to the main store and purchase these items or if you aren't a fan of stores they are also available on the marketplace. A fun thing though which I love about groups in SL and one reason I will stay in groups... when items are listed as a New Release in the VIP room... you get a 50% group discount!!! That is killer saving. You can locate the VIP room at the top floor of the main store. My advice would be to hurry... you never know how long items will be listed as a New Release! TOOTLES

Wait, where did you get that? - #57

Grab this cute free group gift from Glitzz called Pink Feline! It includes the tank and the jeans. Come with appliers for Lola's and Phat Azz. Skateboard and pose are from Juxtapose and can be found at the Luck of the Irish Gacha Fair going on until March 17th. Also my cute little gold clover headband is a rare gacha that can also be found there created by Envyme. 

Also by RVi Design is that awesome door knocker. It is mesh and looks awesome in any house decor.

New Mesh at RVi Design and a delightful little sale goody!

Roshy knows me well! I was so excited to see some of her new items coming out. MESH! I love mesh, I love dragons and anything medieval as we have a huge castle and I'm always looking for things to put in those "hard to place spots" This week she has two items that could go perfectly in any castle or medieval spot! Or if you just like dragons!

 Pictures really do not do these dragon head justice. On the next set of pictures, I zoomed in so you could see the details that are on the dragons. The first picture above, I put the coat of arms inside Cedric's throne room on either side of the stair case. They looked wonderful there! These are mesh items, so they're lower prim then most things like this. You will definitely be charmed by these.

I tried getting in close so you could see the quality of the dragons. The eyes have a glowing tint. The wood looks like the wood above, I just modified it abit and darkened it up to my tastes.

For anyone that owns breedables, or a store, this should be a MUST have for your sale area. This is a random gift giving vendor. You can put eggs inside, any thing really, some even use it as a gacha! Other breedables, anything that you can think of to vend. It's really beautiful. I did tint the base black and turned the full bright off, but left the full bright on the egg. I love this. I actually may leave it out even though I won't use it as a vendor. So it works for both fairy breeders or just fairy lovers. It's just to beautiful not to own.
